Cynthia Roberts Salon, established in 1996 by Cynthia Gentilleti, is the premier hair and nail care salon in Vineland, New Jersey. For over 25 years, our team of professional stylists have been dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of our cherished South Jersey clientele. We firmly believe that a remarkable haircut, manicure, or pedicure extends beyond technical skill; it’s about the comfort you experience while in the chair.

Cynthia Gentiletti’s career in the beauty industry started over four decades ago, when she opened her first salon in West Virginia at the age of 18. After moving to New Jersey, Cynthia worked alongside leading stylists in the South Jersey beauty industry before opening her business in Vineland in 1994. She started Cynthia Roberts Salon’s first full-service location in 1996 at the corner of Oak & Lincoln, and grew a small team of stylists.
In 2004, Cynthia Roberts Salon expanded further to its current location, establishing the salon as the premier beauty destination in Vineland. As the owner, Cynthia proudly leads a team of 15 stylists and technicians. She’s dedicated herself to fostering a culture of empowering the team at Cynthia Roberts Salon to expand their skills, follow their passions, and grow their career.
Cynthia is the proud mother of 2 daughters, Ayla & Tabitha. Cynthia loves spending quality time with her friends and family. In her spare time, you can find Cynthia on the Pickleball court or at the Jersey Shore.
My Name is Vicky Baxter. I have been a hairstylist for 35 years and have been with Cynthia Roberts for 24 years. I enjoy all the aspects of doing hair from woman and mens haircuts and coloring childrens' haircuts perms and mens facial hair trimming and shaping.But most of all i enjoy meeting and being creative with all of my clients!
Hi I'm Stephanie and have been a stylist with Cynthia Robert's Salon for more than 26 years. My passion is to make clients look and feel their best. I use techniques and knowledge I have learned throughout my career to make your vision become a reality. With continuing education and new techniques we can bring you the latest trends and work with you to show you how to recreate our work at home. Specializing in color cuts,styles,perming and many types of highlighting including babylights,low lighting foils and cap.

another you have probably had your haircut by Colleen! My entire career has been HAIR. I have been educated in Boston, New York, Florida and Philadelphia. Haircoloring and haircutting have been my SHEAR joy. For 30 years, I was fortunate to have my own salon and a wonderful clientele, who have continued to follow me to Cynthia Roberts Salon. Cynthia Roberts Salon has allowed me to continue my passion for hair with a state of the art salon atmosphere. Sculptured haircuts, curl expertise, respect for the art and chemistry of color, formal hair styles, perms and extensions. My commitment to education and fresh ideas motivates my passion for my career. My personal life took me to PA where I progressed to working in beautiful spa atmospheres. The excitement of the professional advancement as a salon educator for 2 major NYC based professional hair companies brought my career to new heights. A boost of experience and knowledge to support my creativity. 10 years ago I returned to NJ to feel the shore's fun atmosphere and colorful personalities! Having a person love their hair in the mirror is a reflection of my accumulated efforts. Giving a guest a visit they enjoy, feeling a sense of calm and cared for while loving their hair is the greatest achievement of the day! My other passions are family, Nature, animals music, qigong and the healing arts.
I’ve been behind the chair for about 10 years, CRS for 8 years. After graduating highschool I went to college to become a music teacher & dropped out after 2 semesters because I was bored & I wanted to do what I REALLY LOVED. So I enrolled into PB cosmetology with the intent to obtain my license and work on a cruise ship doing hair and traveling the world. To gain experience before going abroad, I came to CRS and never left! Hair is my religion! My specialties are lived-in, creative color, Balayage & Blondes. I also specialize in curly hair, bridal & special occasion hair. Being able to connect with so many beautiful women and souls has truly been a blessing. I love being able to bring out the best in all of my clients & helping them be able to express themselves through hair!
I have always loved playing around with hair and I’m happy that my passion is becoming a living. The industry is always evolving and there’s always new things to learn. After completing my education at Rizzieri Aveda School and obtaining my license in cosmetology, I recently joined the Cynthia Roberts team! I love to do event hairstyles, haircutting, color and extensions.
